Your credit card information requested on the payment page is not kept on the servers of LIVIO FERRI or companies serving it in order to ensure the highest level of security for our valued customers shopping from the site. Thus, all transactions related to payment are carried out between the bank and your computer through the LIVIO FERRI interface.

Our members have the right to apply to LIVIO FERRI and request:

- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- To know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by the relevant legislation,
- To request notification of the transactions made to correct, delete, or destroy the processed data to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in accordance with the relevant legislation,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
- To request the compensation of damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
LIVIO FERRI may provide its reasoned positive/negative response to the above-mentioned requests in writing or digitally. If the requested transactions require a cost, it is possible to demand a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, according to Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
